Add a CommentAn easy read I continue to recommend to anyone who wishes to assess where they are in their career. It provides a simple but holistic framework to guide the reader's thinking and reflection. This is the first book I read which touched on the idea of personal branding. As I read I realized that my résumé was still reading like I was only at the beginning of my work life not like someone who had 20 years of experience to offer on specific themes. Colleagues could not believe how strong my résumé read after the transformation. Investing your time in this book will pay dividends even just to yield a stronger résumé.
