Add a CommentThis book is super deep and meaningful! It's by far the most metaphoric of S.E. Hinton's books. If you don't like it it's probably because you don't "get" it. I would wait a little longer and try again. I guess it depends on the reader's maturity because I read it when I was thirteen and I understood the concepts. I love this book though!
in my opion the outsiders is way better.this book is confusing and doesnt make alot of sense to me
Confusing book. I don't understand how the title is relevant to anything that happens in the book other than Rusty James and The Motercycle boy in the end.. Definitely makes you think, but can be very vague at times. I'd only read it again to see if I understand it better.
I am reading this book in english class for a novel study and it is kina scary and really weird.
A great read for any adolescent.
