I loved this book. This is an absolute must read. It was fresh, romantic, full of action. I hope there is another book, i would love to read how they manage to live their lives.

Overall a good read, with the new concept of revenants making things interesting and different from other paranormal books. It started off a little slowly, but began to pick up after a while. As the main character, Kate was interesting, but nothing extremely special, along with Vincent. However, I'd like to see how their relationship progresses; with Vincent being unable to die makes much more drama in store ahead for them.

My friend brought this book on vacation and when she finished, I started. I have to admit, it was a little slow-going at first, but I was warned of this so I was able to continue to where it became amazing <3 loved it! There are so many books out there about faeries and pixies and werewolfs (not that I don't like those), but I have never come across something even close to a remnant. I bought it as soon as I got home!

OMG!!!!! Read this all day! Couldn't put it down!!! However the first hundred pages were a little slow compared to the rest. However, everything else was amazing! And not only does Vincent hold Kate's heart, but also mine. This book had just about everything a successful book needs! Hot guy to fall in love with -check(in this case more than just one), a girl who you can relate to -check, an interesting twist -check, an amazing climax -check, a couple which will have all readers are cheering for and wanting to come out happy -check, and just a hint of mystery. Not to mention the amazing concept of revenants. Like seriously incredible!!!!!

The first time I had seen the statue in the fountain, I had no idea what Vincent was. Now, when I looked at the ethereal beauty of the two connected figure-the handsome angel, with his hard, darkened features focused on the woman cradled in his outstretched arms, who was all softness and light- I couldn't miss the symbolism. The angel's expression seemed desperate. Obsessed, even. But also tender. As if he was looking to her to save him, and not vice versa. And all of a sudden, Vincent's name for me popped into my mind: mon ange. My angle. I shivered, but not from the cold. Jeanne had said that meeting me had transformed Vincent. I had given him "new life". But was he expecting me to save his soul?
