.. getting tired of struggles in life? This book may help you improve your situation. It open my mind what am missing to be victorious in life. Praise God of Joyce Meyer's life !

I didn't know the writer was christian, this book was recommended by a wellness coach to her group. I think if you're a christian this book can resonate with you but if you're not (I'm not) it comes across preachy and entirely too focused on external blame (satan of course) vs looking inward and owning your thoughts and managing yourself. For a non-christian who seeks real knowledge, this book was a bust.

A wonderfully uplifting book that will help you identify and release damaging thoughts so that you can become a stronger person! Excellent book!

This book is life changing! I highly recommend this for everyone. It goes through many different strongholds that keep you in bondage and gives great advice on how to renew your mind.
