At my 1st cursory glance of the contents of this book, it did not entice me because the font was way too small. For busy parents, we need bold print to be able to put the book up in the kitchen & read it as we are trying to focus on preparing the meals quickly. It was very informative but still geared to someone who did speed reading or has time on their hands, which defeats the purpose of the book. So my suggestion is to make it into a spiral bound book with board pages & print that is BIG & BOLD. The positive side is that it truly does have a wide variety of recipes & lots of info.
