Boy loses Mom, boy meets girl, boy loses girl, boy meets another girl, boy whispers girl 1's name to girl 2 while making love, girl poisons boy. In between, Rome almost gets sacked.

Not historically accurate but still fairly entertaining.

Gerard Butler is amazing. True to the history of Attila the Hun but Butler reflects the personal tragedies that created the legendary warlord. Physically demanding role but Butler did virtually all his own stunts. Well worth watching. My new favorite Butler film.
