Terrible. Jane never stops talking, which is quite annoying after a while; she babbles way more than in all her other videos. The camera spends way too much time on the band (yes, there’s a live band!), missing the steps being performed meanwhile. I am not uncoordinated, but she says "from the top" quite a bit and it is difficult to figure out what the "top" is after several steps. Then the ‘meditation’ segment is a bit queer… Breathing through the mouth is a big no-no health-wise for so many reasons but that is part of this segment. The editing is atrocious and we keep catching the 'students' on the wrong foot or totally off whatever beat to which Fonda is dancing. And, since we are talking about the ‘students,’ I can’t understand why Miss Fonda surrounds herself with the ugliest people she can find—and in almost all her Prime Time DVD’s… No, they don’t need to be fashion models, but if you watch this specific DVD I believe you will most certainly agree with me.
