I started off disliking this video and had a hard time getting into it. I stuck with it then gave it a second viewing and ended up making an about-face. This is an informative documentary about fat, cholesterol and carbohydrates and how they work within the body. Tom Naughton (the film maker) uses easy to understand language and animation. Though I do not believe that the regular consumption of fast foods is a healthy diet choice and that health can not be determined solely by evaluating ones weight, cholesterol and percent fat. Overall, Naughton provides useful information unlike the documentary Fat: What No One Is Telling You.

For one month, Naughton ate 500 less calories needed to maintain his weight and walked 5 miles daily for 6 days a week. He ate from fast food restaurants for this month, but with modifications, for example, discarding the bread part of an egg Mcmuffin. He lost 12 lbs to prove that people could lose weight on a fast food diet. No Duh!
There is an interesting section on fat, how it is necessary for brain function, for example. Otherwise, the DVD was not that interesting to me.
