This book is perfect if you need a simile every other sentence in your stories! Personally, I could not get past the first chapter.

This is a really popular book I read so far, but there are other great books. other than that, this series is (SPOILING PART) most likely about going into the land of stories and out tones of times, then one time the twin sister decided to not go back to earth! Because she is going to become the next fairy godmother(which is pretty cool, and she can do that is because her grandmother is the fairy godmother before her). Other than that, in the last book, they saved the world! read this series and love it. It got tones of emotions(don't even think about that there are no crying parts!) and some exiting parts.

This book is amazing, incorporating fantasy characters from old fairy tale books, adding on with two main characters, Alex and Conner is pure gold. In the beginning, the story starts out smooth and then once you reach to the conflict it became scary, the conclusion is scary and then back to normal. Alex and Conner have encountered some good and bad people/ animals through their journey but in the end was happy and peaceful.

Hands down, this was one of the best books I have ever read. It's a great book for fantasy, Harry Potter, and humor readers. I absoloutley recommend this book for readers of all ages. I can't believe Chris Colfer is an amazing actor and an amazing author as well. Hope this helps!

An awesome fantasy read for any age. They are a bit addictive, if you read the first one you need to reed the next and the next until there’s no more books left to read. Even the last one(the last one when I posted this comment) makes you want to read more. So if you read the first be sure to checkout the others. I also like that it gives a reason for every beging of every fairy tale like why where they/he/she there in the first place, take Goldie locks for example it gives an explanation to why she went to a bears house. This book (and books) is/are very exiting and always leaves you on a cliffhanger wondering.

In The Land of Stories, Wishing Spell, twins Alex and Conner receive a heirloom book from their Grandmother, who is usually away travelling the "world" with her older friends. Little do they know the book contains a magical world. When Alex falls through the book, her brother jumps in too and they journey around the magical land. Through meeting a talking frog, the wicked witch, and Cinderella, The Wishing Spell is an amazing book i would recommend to any fantasy-lover.
