I didn't read much that I hadn't seen in many other places. There were also a number of factual errors that detracted from the overall message. For me, the killer was finding that their initial detox diet would lead to a 15+lb weight loss. Maybe that would be good for many, but not for me. Finally, the majority of recipes in the back-half of the book used ingredients that I already know I can't eat. There needs to be a greater diversity, not just relying on the same limited set of ingredients - they seem to think that most will have the same trendy sensitivities.

I am a little skeptical that anything can “cure” so many different medical problems, yet the advice to eat less highly processed food is sound and the recipes definitely look worth trying.
