I copied out a lot of great recipes, enough that I probably should have purchased my own copy!

This is a wonderful book if you are cooking for two or even yourself. One recipe that intrigued me was the corn chowder with fried zucchini sandwiches. Each recipe has a tip how to stretch the meal if you would be "extra hungry" and for those who care to indulge "what to drink" with each meal.

There are many international dishes that are worth trying like Bibimbap (Korean rice vegetables, eggs and kumchi) to Moroccan Freekeh.

Another on trend recipe - superfood salad.
