Its an extremely brief book, by design, but its concision doesn't occlude its message. It weaves together explanation and advice in a useful way, and will, if the reader allows themselves, to recognize and correct cycles between the biogenic, sociogenic, and idiogenic selves that result in floundering, and also to discover how the cycles amongst the biogenic, sociogenic, and idiogenic selves can be effortfully crafted toward flourishing. There is even a mini personality test at the end.
And I did lick my elbow.
