Ok, I don’t understand why this book is counted as the third book in the series of Amish Country Crossroads, as this book does not follow the two previous books or include any of the previous characters.
Aside from that, I have to say that this isn’t my favorite book by Beverly Lewis.
I liked the book and how I couldn’t put it down due to the action and suspense, and wanting to know what was going to happen. But I didn’t really like how it was fully written and even though the ending shocked me and caught me off guard, I felt like the book just lacked a little in general.

This book is far different than most of Beverly Lewis' books. Although it still deals with issues of faith and involves the Amish, it tells of the life of a girl struggling with fears of her past. This book is how she runs from her fears and lands in the outstretched arms of God.
