I quite enjoyed this film of the play (I have never seen or read it, but I did see My Fair Lady), and was most delighted by the growing immaturity if Higgins, and most of all, the character of Eliza's father. The bonus play was so odd I couldn't be bothered with it any more than I had to form that judgement.
My Fair Lady minus the music and awesome costumes, in stage-play fashion, with very fine actors and a very different ending. Subtitles provided, so no problem with British accents.
The second play, Androcles and the Lion, seemed awfully stupid. I couldn't finish it.
