Ok, this is THE best book on time management/life change that I have read, and I have read a ton of them. The author had me pegged within about 2 chapters that I was just breezing through the book without actually doing the suggested writing exercises. So I laughed - guilty as charged- and have been slogging through this book, really doing the journal work, and low and behold, MY LIFE IS ACTUALLY SLOWING DOWN. Amazing. So I highly recommend this book, but you do need to be willing to actually try out the exercises to get the best effect. It will take me more than 28 days to do it - life is too busy for a daily run, but I bought a copy so I can take my time with it.
