I never saw this on television and I am not a big country music fan but I love Johnny Cash! His deep voice and emotional presentation is always worth listening to and now you can see him in his television show from Nashville. There are some classic country singers on this DVD - George Jones, Loretta Lynn, Tammy Wynette (Stand by your Man) and Waylon Jennings. Lots of Johnny - I Walk the Line, Man in Black. Johnny and his wife June singing Jackson. Ray Charles singing Ring of Fire and a few young looking rockers - Neil Young singing the Needle and the Damage is Done. Credence Clearwater Revival performing Bad Moon Rising, Derek and the Dominoes (with Eric Clapton) performing It's Too Late. Nice combo of diverse performers. There is some narration and the show seemed to have lots of cheesy jokes, but hang in there to catch some great songs.
