Enjoy Matt Rees writing style, but this one wasn't as enjoyable after reading three previous Omar Yuseff books, which I really enjoyed, the theme is getting a bit tired and slightly depressing as Omar is always tired and worn out in every book. Alot of tragedy, but insightful depicting what happens in the Middle East as the author, originally from Wales, actually lives there.

When Omar Yussf and Swedish UN colleague, travel to the Gaza Strip to inspect schools, they get caught up in the case of a fellow teacher who has been falsely imprisoned.

This is a great read. Fascinating in how it depicts the various forces at work in the Gaza Strip, both good and bad. The characters that Rees presents are rich and have depth. Again a really good read.
