Somewhat of an anomaly: a do-it-yourself book for people who have difficulty doing for themselves in basic tasks of daily life. And yet one must begin somewhere. The authors' experience and understanding gives excellent insight into the origins, patterns, and assumptions relating to compulsive hoarding. An excellent "road map" for giving and receiving help that puts the lie to quick-fix TV programs.
