(The eighth book in the Aimee Leduc series)

This was a fast paced and suspenseful novel. Best to have read other books in the series before this one as the other books have more character development of main characters. However, the plot and emotional tension are great. Also, one has to admire her courage and quick thinking which help to unravel the mystery, even though she does not figure out everything.

Did not live up to its hype. Generally bad sophomoric writing. The catch, that the main character is a young female investigator in Paris sounds interesting enough... but she's bland, ditzy and stumbles onto most of the clues. Zero character development. And really, who cares that she finds vintage designer clothes in second hand bins at flea markets? Vapid... written for fans of Sex In The City.
