Questionable -
I never feel it's healthy to eliminate entire food groups. Phase One advocates eliminating all grains, dairy, and legumes. But don't worry, you can eat buffalo, venison and ostrich! You'll need to take multi-vitamins and calcium to replace the nutrients you're not getting by avoiding the above food groups. Snack time is mixed nuts. Not sure what people with nut allergies are supposed to do. Exercise is based on strength training, and you'll be drinking at least 2 litres of water a day, on top of any coffee you may have. There are some good points, but you need to filter most of it through your own common sense.

Loving this book. Not only is it about exercise and healthy eating, it actually explains how and why we need to eat the way our bodies are designed to take in nourishment. Also - this is a VERY readable book, her explinations are not too high-brow, or to "science-y".
