Summary
Add a SummaryIn this homemade musical we are taken on a ride of a man, his wife and his lover, through their intertwined lives to an eventual outcome typical in everyday life.
The music is wonderful, with all the stars belting out a scene appropriate song that sets the mood.
Susan Sarrandon and James Gandolfini are stuck in their hum drum lives, seemingly moving in different directions, when life collides and secrets are finally revealed. Love remains.

Add a CommentWould have been a good movie but the library disc starts skipping ten mins in and skips so many scenes I don't know what's going on
Tender, evocative, veers toward sentimentality but saved from soppiness by a cast that knows when not to go over the edge (James Gandolfini and Susan Sarandon) and a story that does--zig zaging from tearjerking to weird, as in Christopher Walken singing a love ballad. Really.
I had no idea this was a musical when I rented it and was pleasantly surprised to find the actors belting out their tunes.
Sexually charged, this musical takes us through the lives of a couple are having issues within their marriage and back to where they love each other.
Funny and poignant
