This is one of the worst health books I've ever opened up. The author strongly encourages diabetics to eat more carbohydrates (I wonder if she understands that carbs increase insulin levels and are not good to eat more of?).... then also encourages people to consume artificial sweeteners including aspartame. That's all that I needed to see. I am sure glad I didn't waste my money on this book.
