Excellent cookbook which breaks down each recipe for cal. sodium, protein etc. Also has 2 week meals plans in the back that are straight forward and easy to implement.

Recipes are also delicious and easy to prepare.

This is a great cookbook. I have read lots of cookbooks for healthy cooking. This book actually has recipes you will use. Especially the entree section.
