This book really made me re-think how I approach food, and got me started with a bunch of good, versatile, modifiable recipe. The recipe for fruit crisp is amazing.

Does the government really have your best interest @ hand when it comes to food?

The new pyramid has more milk intake with ice cream counting & less vegetable intake....Does that really make ssense?
