If you're a firstborn this is the book for you. You can improve your life by fixing behaviors you have pretty much since you were born, but you don't realize they damage you. You kind of get why do you act certain way. In my case I understood why I do worry too much and get stress for things that are not really important. You kind of start working with your traits to make the most of it.

This is a great book for anyone who is a first born and for those around them. Dr. Kevin Leman is very honest and fair in his descriptions regarding first born individuals and how it can affect life choices. For anyone who is a first born, and faces perfectionism or is so self critical that they never seem to finish what they start please read this book. I promise it will open your eyes to the reasons why you do what you do and how you can get away from a life of self destruction and move towards a life of happiness and freedom in accepting yourself for who you are. There are reasons why many doctors, pilots and presidents are first born. Read on to find out more, you won't be disappointed.
