I picked up this book because I thought it would be a witty retelling of Cinderella. I could not have been more wrong. Cindy Ella is probably one of the least likeable protagonists I have ever read. She complains about anything and everything, has a startling lack of self-awareness, and completely fails to be anything more than an entitled rich girl who thinks she's better than everyone else. She claims to be a feminist, but then spends the entire book criticizing and judging other girls for their choices and lifestyles. Furthermore, this books relies heavily on stereotypes, specifically of gay people and minorities, and doesn't really produce anything new or worthwhile. The plot was clich├ęd and didn't bring anything new to the table. All of the so-called "plot twists" I predicted chapters in advance. Still, I gave this book a whole star because it at least kept me reading until the end.

This was one of my absolute favorite cause it really is inspiring to see how the main character cindy looks at life i just loved all the fun her and her friends encountered just funny and humor i loved it especially that you should never change yourself for others ever it's best just to be yourself and be proud of it.

Cute & sweet, good for a quick read, but that's about it. Cures boredom. Unfortunately, some parts are devastatingly predictable.
