This is a wonderful resource for dog trainers or an individual who is having issues with their dog. It relies heavily on positive reinforcement. While the author admits to using punishment or negative reinforcement only when absolutely necessary, she spends a huge amount of time convincing the readers that positive is the best way to go.

This book focuses on dealing with aggressive and/or dominate dogs. Gives a lot of insight on how to gain control over your dominate dog and slowly working towards obedience with positive reinforcement only.
