Similar to an earlier book by the same author called "Mama Do You Love Me?", this is a beautifully illustrated Hawaiian tale. A grandmother tells her granddaughter a story about just how special she is. Her granddaughter's name is Beautiful, and Beautiful loves to hear the story of when she was born and of the island that is her home. A story about the bond between grandparents and children, this book delivers a universal message about love, family, and the power of story.
