I started this diet in June of 2012. I lost 25 lbs and have kept it off as of this date-2/19/2014. It really worked for me, and I still adhere to the main premise of eating a high protein low carb diet. However, I have moved on to just trying to eat more cleanly now. Very thankful for the Dukan diet!
