A decent book, but it relies on an overplayed theme by the end of the book: the power suit that the older Batman (mid to late 50's) relies on is either heavily damaged or has run out of power. The author tries to use the depleteing power suit as a way to keep the action fast paced, but ultimately fails due to the flashbacks. I think the best thing about the book is the implication that Thomas Wayne is partly to blame for the multitude of the villains that Batman faces.
