In 1909, years after Japan's takeover of Korea, Lt. General Ahn and the Korean Independence Army are fighting to restore their country's statehood. Ahn led his troops in a rousing victory over Japanese soldiers, but instead of executing the POWs, he let them go free. Sadly, they regrouped and slaughtered Ahn's men, leaving him a lone survivor. To redeem himself and save the movement, the freedom fighting activists plot a daring attack in Harbin to assassinate the Japanese Prime Minister.
